For the first time, the Beloit High Future Farmers of America (FFA) has decided to recognize a Member of the Month.
Easton Gruwell, son of Andy and Rhonda Gruwell, is being recognized this month for his outstanding leadership and participation skills and the positivity he brings into the classroom.
FFA President Kayley McGuire states the qualifications for being recognized Member of the Month as “lots of participation, high effort, events, positive attitude, and leadership qualities.” Ms. Arika Haresnape, one of the FFA sponsors, and McGuire both agree that being FFA member of the month “[is] a high-level honor that comes with a Casey’s gift card and a spotlight on the FFA social media page.”
Gruwell has been in FFA since 8th grade.
