FFA students place at poultry, food science contests

Beloit FFA recently attended a poultry and food science contest. There were 41 BHS students who attended and more than 200 participants in both contests. There were four BHS participants who placed in the top 10. In food science, Abby Porter placed 10th in the senior division. In poultry, Eliana Weber placed 6th in the greenhand division, Chesnie Dickenson placed 7th in the senior division, and Ella Manning placed 10th in the senior division. 

Sophie Easter and Chesnie Dickinson compete in the FFA poultry contest held in Belleville. They had to go through many stages of judging and were competing against more than 200 other FFA students.
