Molly Kennedy recently spoke to the entire school about “flipping your 20.” She spoke to the students about dealing with what life gives you and flipping your mindset to positive to look at what you can make of it instead of letting it hold you back.
Kennedy grew up with a dysfunctional family, including addiction, abuse, and abandonment. She lived with an eating disorder and was suicidal. She ran away from home at the age of 15. She is an author, Iron Man Triathlete, bodybuilding champion, and has jumped out of a plane and walked across fire.
