FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) will host its first meeting of the school year next week. It is open to all students who desire to dive into scripture and grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. They are in the beginning stages of getting the club up and going for the school year.
Mrs. Josie Burke and Mr. Brad Gober are going to head FCA. They will host “Huddle” meetings twice a month on Wednesdays during Pride Time. Their first meeting will be on Sept. 25. The agenda of the first meeting consists of: a prayer, going over the FCA mission statement, and giving direction on the upcoming meetings. There is going to be a student-led Bible study once a month and guest speakers on the other week.
