The Beloit High School Student of the Month for November is Abraham Romo, son of Jose´ Romo.
His teachers say Abraham consistently puts forth an immense amount of effort and has a great work ethic. He is a valuable member of his classes and his classmates respect him for the thought he puts into his work. Moreover, his peers recognize the difficulties that come with being a non-native English speaker, and they love to see him get out of his comfort zone by taking chances and sharing his ideas. Abraham is also a wonderful leader for new students. He willingly volunteers to help them get to know the school and the technology without any prompting.
Abraham is involved in orchestra and interns a few hours each day at Mitchell County Hospital. Abraham can be seen working at Hilltop in his spare time.
