Beloit High senior Eli Johnson has been selected to represent Beloit for the West Roster of the 2025 Kansas Shrine Bowl. Johnson adds, “I’m excited to play with new people and excited to play with people I have before, and I’m glad to be a part of a special event.”
Johnson was selected based on state-wide media votes and Kansas Shrine Bowl coaching staff selections from a list of 447 nominees. The Shrine Bowl of Kansas is a non-profit organization that produces annual events and related activities, with net proceeds benefiting Shriners Children Hospitals. Johnson will play with his Shrine Bowl teammates on June 21 at Memorial Stadium in Dodge City.
Johnson concludes, “It’s humbling to be a part of such a great cause and a great way to cap off my football career.”
