Beloit FFA held its second annual Producers Night Out on Feb. 2 in the Beloit High commons. The FFA alumni provided door prizes for this event as well as handed out pamphlets to get people to join the FFA Alumni Chapter. Bubba Q’s provided the meal for this event. The State Secretary of Agriculture, Mike Beam, was the event’s speaker. There were 76 farmers, producers, and their families in attendance, which is more than double last year’s attendance. This event is to recognize the local farmers, producers, and sponsors as well as give thanks to the community for all they do to support FFA.
