Only 26 schools across the nation have been recognized by the ACT’s American College Application Campaign (ACAC); among them was Beloit High School.
BJSHS was the only school in Kansas recognized by ACAC as a School of Excellence for the year 2025. The recognition came from Beloit High’s work with the Apply Kansas initiative to increase the number of students applying for post-secondary programs.
High school counselor Brennan Eilert, who works with Beloit High seniors each year on the Apply Kansas initiative, stated in the ACAC press release: “We work hard to make college feel real, accessible and achievable for every single one of our students.”
