Jerusalen Forrest-Ortiz, daughter of Megan and John Forrest, was selected as Beloit High’s Student of the Month for April.
Forrest-Ortiz is a sophomore at Beloit High and is involved in volleyball, FFA, softball and band. She also attends the Lumpy and Co. Youth Group at the Beloit Methodist Church.
Teachers say Forrest-Ortiz works hard in class and takes great pride in her work. She works well with her classmates, has a great attitude, and is polite and respectful to everyone around her.
